Understanding Your Requirement
We will communicate via WhatsApp/email/video call to understand your product requirements and expectations. This includes product type, quantity, target price, quality and material specifications, delivery schedule and shipping preferences.
Product Research & Factory Inspection
We search for similar or equivalent products in China's supply chain network based on the product details you require. Through phone calls, online surveys, and on-site visits, we collect information on materials, specifications, availability (in stock or customizable), production models, patents, and pricing. We compile and provide you with the necessary documents and materials.
Collecting Samples
After receiving the sample list, we will obtain source samples from various manufacturers. We will check all the samples, select the appropriate ones, and send them to you along with the sample report for your confirmation.
Production Follow-Up
We will confirm the raw materials, production process, production schedules, and factory testing standards with the manufacturer. We will compare them to your expected delivery schedule and testing standards. We will provide you with the latest information on production progress regularly.
Quality Inspection
Once production is complete, we conduct AQL quality checks and carefully verify packaging, labeling, relevant certifications and shipping documents.
Shipping
We coordinate with the freight company and provide them with all the required materials, including CI/PI, certification documents, HS code, and customs clearance documents. Once shipped, we track the shipping information to ensure timely delivery to your designated location.
